Terance "Terry" James Schwebach

Terance James “Terry” Schwebach, 73, passed away on August 2, 2026 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

No services will be held.

Terry was born May 26, 1953, in Madison, South Dakota, to Linus and Agnes (McDonnell) Schwebach. He grew up in Egan, South Dakota, where he graduated from high school in 1971.

Terry worked in maintenance for Lewis Drug until his retirement. In his free time, he enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing Scrabble, solving problems, gardening and canning produce. He also enjoyed riding his bike, golfing, and playing pool. Terry loved all of his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Linus and Agnes Schwebach; his brother, Donald “Donnie” Schwebach; and his twin brother, Jerry Schwebach.

He is survived by his siblings: Sandy (Daryl) Simpson of Sioux Falls, SD; Karen Schwebach of Sioux Falls, SD; Diane (Gene) Buffon of Clark, MO; Daniel (Suzie) Schwebach of N. Eastham, MA; Cindy Schwebach (surviving wife of Jerry Schwebach) of Brandon, SD; Donna (Mark) Robidoux of Waterloo, WI; Janet Myer of Yankton, SD; Michael Schwebach of Lincoln, NE; Joe (LeAnn) Schwebach of Sioux Falls, SD; Mary (Brian) Camus of McLean, VA; and Kathy (Blaine) Goetz of Onaka, SD.
