Tel Daniel Parsley, 27, of Kalispell, MT, passed away on October 4, 2020 at his home. Tel was born on May 1, 1993 to Marilee and Kevin Parsley. He grew up in Flandreau enjoying summer baseball, youth wrestling, and spending hours fishing at the Flandreau Dam. Tel moved to Montana in his late teens. There, he was married to Allison in July of 2012. He owned and operated his own construction business, Tel Parsley Construction, and worked alongside other independent contractors building homes.

Montana is where Tel further discovered his love of the outdoors. He enjoyed all types of hunting, fishing, and rugged outdoor camping. With his two boys, Tel loved swimming, tearing around on four wheelers and dirt bikes, and sharing his love of nature and wildlife.

When Tel spoke of his wife and kids, he either shined with pride, or was worried with concern, always thinking of their wellbeing and happiness. He always thought of others before himself and loved without judgement. His boys thought of him as a hero, a man to be reckoned with, a classic John Wayne with a bow and arrow. He will always be their hero and will forever be in our hearts. A soul missed here on earth but is home now with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God bless Tel, and his family and friends he left behind.

Thankful for having shared in his life are his wife, Allison; their two sons: William Tel and Mason Daniel; his mother, Marilee Parsley; father, Kevin Parsley; brother, Joel (Toni) Johnson and their children, Kaden and Lumen; grandmother, Doris Solem; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Tel was preceded in death by his grandparents, Stanley Solem and Wayne and Carol Parsley.

Graveside services with a time of sharing for friends and family will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, July 19, 2021 at Union Cemetery, Flandreau.
