Suzanne J. Ricottilli, 56, passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the Avera Flandreau Hospital, Flandreau, SD. She was born August 11, 1960 at Lincoln, NE, to Charles and Lila (Eikmeier) DeLay. Sue received her education in Pipestone, MN, graduating in 1978. She entered the U.S. Air Force in 1979 and worked at the Air Traffic Control Station at Castle Air Force Base. Sue married Steve Ricottilli in Merced, CA, March 10, 1982. She was discharged in April 1982 and moved with her husband who was still in the military. In August 1999 they moved to Flandreau, SD. Sue began working at the Flandreau Maynard's in 2002 where she had continued to work. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church. Sue enjoyed cross stitching, crocheting, mysteries, black and white scary movies, video games and the Minnesota Vikings and Twins.

Sue is survived by her husband Steve, daughter Rachel (Paul) Hansen, two granddaughters, Ameila and Emilie, Elkton, SD; and son Ben Ricottilli, Phoenix, AZ. Sue was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 24, 2016 at Salem United Methodist Church, rural Pipestone, MN, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 2 – 4 p.m. Sunday at Skroch Funeral Chapel, Flandreau.
