Robert S. Lee, 85, died Tuesday under hospice care in Green Valley, AZ. He was born May 7, 1923 at Flandreau, SD to Edwin D. and Minnie (Munson) Lee. He attended Fletcher School #28. He started farming and was married to Lorraine Hefty on June 18, 1949. She preceded him in death on July 16, 1966. Bob was married to Edna Schrader on December 7, 1974 in Sioux Falls and she preceded him in death on March 22, 1987. He married Lucille McMahon on April 27, 1991 in Flandreau. They permanently moved to Florence, AZ in 1995 and to Green Valley in the fall of 2007. Bob was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, Flandreau, the IOOF Lodge and served on the Fletcher School Board and Union Township Board.

Bob is survived by his wife, Lucille; three children, Rodger (Bev) Lee, Elk Point, SD, Nancy (John) McSwiggan, Gilbert, AZ, Gordon (Mary) Lee, Clear Lake, SD; three stepchildren, Roger (Liz) McMahon, Brandon, SD, Sandra (Rich) Olson and Eileen (Terry) Ridenour, both of Green Valley, AZ; 9 grandchildren, Derek (Michelle) Lee, Abby (Rich) Green, Robert McSwiggan, Steve (Mary) Lee, Greg (Liz) Ewing Lee, Mike Lee, Lorrie (Brian) Brooks, Ronald Lee II, Joshua Lee; two great-granddaughters, Maria Lee and Emersen Lee; numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Milo (Kathleen), Miami, FL, Marvin (Peggy) St. Paul, MN; a sister, Eileen Jewett, Pipestone, MN; and a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Lee, Flandreau. Bob was preceded in death by two wives, Lorraine and Edna; an infant daughter, a son, Ronald, his parents and five siblings, Erwin, Louis, Raymond, Wilma and Vernon.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday at Skroch Funeral Chapel, Flandreau, with burial in Union Cemetery. Visitation begins at 4:00 pm Friday with the family present from 5 - 7 pm.
