Robert "Bobby Joe" Van Hove, 81, of Flandreau, SD passed away Friday, November 6, 2020 at Riverview Healthcare Center, Flandreau. Bobby Joe was born May 18, 1939 at Canton, SD to John and Thelma (Gunderson) Van Hove. He attended school in Sioux Falls, SD and then moved southeast of Flandreau and worked for his two uncles Olger and Carl Gunderson. Bobby then worked for Hanson Silo in Luverne, MN until he moved to Flandreau, SD and worked for Ralph Hansen Construction for many years until he retired.

Bobby Joe is survived his sister Donna Mae Scollon, Sioux Falls and his Flandreau family, the Ralph and Glenda Hansen family.

Funeral services will be 10:30 am Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Skroch Funeral Chapel, Flandreau, with burial in Union Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 pm Monday at the funeral chapel.
