Reiko Faye Taylor, 48, of Flandreau, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 while in the care of Sanford Hospital.

Reiko was adopted as a young child by Lee and Kay Taylor. She grew up in Flandreau and attended Flandreau Public Schools. Reiko later received her GED.

As a young adult Reiko lived mostly in Sioux Falls, most of her jobs were in the fast-food industry and also as a phlebotomist at Avera McKennan Hospital.

Survivors include her mom, Kay Taylor-Cohoon and step-father Gary Cohoon, Flandreau, SD; brothers, Todd Taylor (Andrea Victor) and Jason (Robin) Taylor, of Flandreau, SD; children, Forestte Taylor, Flandreau, SD, Geno Burshiem, Sioux Falls, SD, Taylor Cramer, Fargo, ND, and Storm Bordeaux, Sioux Falls, SD; three grandchildren; and many other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Lee Taylor, and niece, Caitlyn Taylor.
