Rebecca Rangel Blood, 64, passed away February 7, 2014 in Sioux Falls, SD. Known to many as Beckie, she was born in Fremont, California to Leopold and Mary Rangel on August 21, 1949. She graduated from Newark High School in 1967. On January 11, 1969, she married Ronald James Blood.
