Randall Ralph Lee

Randall (Randy) Ralph Lee, 67, of Joplin, Missouri, formerly of Colman, South Dakota, passed away on July 2, 2026.

Randy was born December 5, 1958, in Marshall, Minnesota, and was the first of six children born to Ralph and Carolyn Lee. He grew up on the Lee family farm near Colman and attended school at Rutland, where he graduated in 1977. After graduation, Randy enlisted in the Marines and, upon completion of his military time, continued his education at Lake Area Vocational Technical School. He continued to live in the Colman area and worked many years at 3M in Brookings until his retirement. He later moved to Joplin, Missouri, where he resided until the time of his death.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his siblings Raymon Lee of New York, NY; Lisa (Rod) Paulson of Colman, SD; Scott (Jen) Lee of Sioux Falls, SD; Lora (Brad) Hesby of Madison, SD; and Kelly Lee of Colman, SD. 

A private family graveside service will be held at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Colman, South Dakota.
