Kenny R. Redenius, 26, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at his home in Tea. Kenny was born February 16, 1987 in Gillette, WY to Hobart and Glenda (Stein) Redenius. His family moved to Pipestone, MN when he was five and Kenny graduated from Elkton High School in 2005. He attended Southeast Area Vo-Tech in business administration. Kenny met Kristi Hay in 2004 and they have been together since. They moved to Sioux Falls after high school and bought a house in Tea, SD in 2011. Kenny was manager at the Finish Line, then worked for A & B Business, Lodgenet and Bancorp. He enjoyed softball, coached Dakota Niners and played basketball where he was part of the State Championship in 2005. He also enjoyed fishing and baseball.

Kenny is survived by his fiancée Kristi, parents Hobart and Glenda, Cazenovia, MN, two brothers, Cheyne (Tara) and their son Michael, Las Vegas, Emery (Nicole) and their daughter Alexis, Sioux Falls and two grandmothers, Cheryl Wittfoth, Sioux Falls, and Esther Evans, New London, MN. Kenny was preceded in death by his two grandfathers and his uncle Kenneth.

Funeral services will be 10:30 am Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the Elkton High School gym with visitation 4:00 - 8:00 pm Friday at the gym.
