Juve Ann Lindberg, 68, of Renner, SD, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Friday, December 12, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, December 19, 2025 at Flandreau United Methodist Church. The family will be present for visitation  from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Skroch Funeral Chapel in Flandreau, SD.

Juve Ann Lindberg, was born on March 18, 1957, in Flandreau, South Dakota. She was the daughter of Harold Kneebone and Sharon Scofield, and the oldest of five children, growing up alongside two brothers and twin sisters.

She attended Flandreau Public Schools and later earned her GED. She became a devoted mother to her two children, Nichole, born in 1974, and Jeremy, born in 1977. She then attended Killian Community College and in 2005 earned her degree as a medical coder. She went on to build a career for several years with Avera.

In 1980, through the world of sprint car racing, Juve Ann was introduced to the love of her life, Jim Lindberg, by her sister and brother-in-law. They were united in marriage on July 31, 1982, in Flandreau, SD. They shared more than 40 years filled with love, adventure and companionship.

Juve Ann enjoyed spending time with family, fishing on the river and camping. Later, she and Jim bought a house in Chamberlain where they spent several years fishing and feeding her pet deer. She spent many years cheering on her husband with friends and family at the racetracks, an enduring passion that became a cherished family tradition. Following Jim's passing in 2022, Juve proudly continued that legacy, attending races with her grandchildren and passing along her love of the sport.

Juve Ann had a kind and generous spirit. She enjoyed crocheting, baking Christmas cookies with her grandchildren, and giving back to her community. She volunteered at the Renner Lutheran Church, where she helped make sleeping mats for people experiencing homelessness.

Just two weeks before Juve Ann's passing, she was blessed with the much-anticipated birth of her great-grandson, Emrick. Her love and devotion for her husband, children, family and friends will never be forgotten.
