Jennifer Lee Steinhauer, 68, of Egan, SD, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at her home. A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Skroch Funeral Chapel in Flandreau, SD.

Jennifer was born on March 28, 1956 to Theodore "Ted" and Lela Borg at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She grew up and received her education in Hopkins, MN and graduated from Hopkins High School.

She enjoyed riding motorcycle with her husband, John. Other hobbies included hunting, fishing, and being a homemaker. She was also an animal lover who loved spending time with her pets.

She was employed by Family Pharmacy and then Lewis Drug Pharmacy in Flandreau, SD for 27 years where she worked as a clerk.

She is survived by her loving husband, John Steinhauer, Egan, SD; sons, Leif, Dane, and Eric Ronning; five grandchildren; and brother, Dan (Sue) Borg and their son and daughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Lela Borg.
