Jason M. Erickson, 48, died Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at Dougherty Hospice House, Sioux Falls. Jason was born on October 3, 1964 at Pipestone, MN to Roger and Laura (Biron) Erickson. He graduated from Lennox High School in 1984 and then graduated from USD in Vermillion. Jason worked in sales at Austad's in Sioux Falls and as a night clerk at a hotel. Jason enjoyed reading, being at the library, golfing, fishing and hunting.

Jason is survived by his mother Laura Krull, Sioux Falls, father Roger Erickson, Pipestone, MN, brothers, Jerod (Kerry) Erickson, Omaha, NE, Cooper (Robin) Erickson, Pipestone, MN, sister Kaia (Greg) Staatz, Dell Rapids, one niece Brianna Erickson, one nephew Kian Erickson and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 5, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Skroch Funeral Chapel, Flandreau with burial at Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Skroch Funeral Chapel on Monday.
