Howard Sampson Flute Jr., age 63, of Chattanooga, TN (formerly, Flandreau, SD) passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at The Health Center at Standifer in Chattanooga, TN. Funeral services will take place at 7:00PM on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Skroch Funeral Chapel. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.
