Obituary
Edith A. Hockensmith, daughter of Albert J. and Ellen L. Halseth, died at age 95 on August 22, 2007 at her home in Carson City, Nevada. Edith was born in Rutland, S.D. on December 16, 1911.
Edith is survived by nieces Wilma Harvison, Jean Stimson, Marianne Jewett, Donna Pawloski, Ellen Olson, Carol Lincoln and Patricia Higgins; nephews Michael Sedlachek, Richard Duncan and Lloyd Duncan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Hockensmith; sisters: Genevieve Lincoln, Arlene Duncan, Eulah Duncan and Harriet Sedlachek; brother, Allen Halseth; and nephews, Robert Duncan and Roger Duncan.
There will be a graveside service at her parent's graves at Lake Madison Lutheran Church Cemetery, Madison, S.D., on July 5 at 1:00 p.m
