Donald L. Fuller, 72, of Flandreau, passed away Friday, November 18, 2022 at Riverview Healthcare Center, Flandreau. Don was born January 8, 1950 at Flandreau to Robert and Esther (Eggen) Fuller. He received his education in Flandreau Public School and was baptized and confirmed at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Flandreau. He enlisted in the US Navy on August 8, 1972 and served during the Vietnam War. Don was discharged on August 18, 1975 after which he drove truck. He married Mary Lucero on June 24, 1988 at Long Beach, CA. Don returned to Flandreau where he has continued to make his home.

Don is survived by a son, Michael; grandson, Cole; 3 siblings, Mary Ann Nelson, Brandon, SD; Robert (Karon) Fuller, Vermillion, SD; Linda Sietsema, Luverne, MN and numerous nieces and nephews. Don was preceded in death by his wife, Mary (May 13, 1993), parents; brother, Richard, sister, Betty Armstrong and three brothers-in-law, Bill Armstrong, Jerry Nelson and Dave Sietsema.

Private family graveside services will be held at Union Cemetery, Flandreau.
