Derek Amari Christensen was stillborn May 18, 2016 at Sanford Health in Sioux Falls, SD to Todd and Georgia (Watts) Christensen. Derek is survived by his parents, Todd and Georgia Christensen, Brookings; 3 sisters, Destiny Marie, Destiny Kaye, Jazmine Elizabeth; grandmothers, Barbara Christensen, Sioux Falls, Carole Watson, Gregory, SD and many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Christensen and George Watts.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, May 21, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church, Flandreau with burial in Union Cemetery, Flandreau. Visitation will be Friday 6:00 – 7:00 pm at Skroch Funeral Chapel, Flandreau with a 7:00 pm prayer service.
