Dean Edwin Stoll, 64, of Flandreau, South Dakota, passed away on July 21, 2026 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Dean Edwin Stoll was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on January 31, 1962, to Sharon K. Stoll (Miller) and Daniel Stoll. Dean grew up in Sioux Falls as a child and attended elementary school and middle school. They then moved to Flandreau, where he attended Flandreau High School, where he wrestled and played football for the Flandreau Flyers. He graduated in 1981 from FHS.
Dean then moved to Minnesota, where he held various jobs. He then met the love of his life, Vicki Lynn Davis, and they got married on November 24, 1990. Vicki had a young boy, Jason, whom Dean adopted, and they then had a son together, Willhite (Willie) Stoll.
Dean worked at his dream job at Stanley Steemer, where he worked various jobs up until he was forced to retire for health reasons. Dean and his family moved back to South Dakota to be closer to his family.
Dean loved his Minnesota sports. He loved the Vikings and the Twins baseball team. His all-time favorite player was Kirby Puckett, whom he was actually a friend of while cleaning his beautiful home.
Dean passed away on June 5, 2026, of complications with his kidneys/dialysis. He is preceded in death by his wife, Vicki; mother, Sharon; and father, Daniel. Survivors are his sons, Jason and Willie Stoll, and brothers Mark (Sherry), Tony (Sheila), Duane, and Jeff.
