Dagmar "Dolly" Keehn, 109, passed away February 2, 2015 at Avera Flandreau Hospital. Dolly was born March 11, 1905 in rural Trent, SD on a farm to Walter August Anderson and Nina M. (Pederson) Anderson. At the age of 1 ½ the family moved to a farm near Chester where she attended school and grew to adulthood. In 1927 she married William N. Keehn who had three children, Llewellyn, Jerome and Carol who have all preceded her in death. Dolly and Bill had a baby boy, Leo Marcus in 1938 who died at birth and subsequently adopted a daughter, Lois Marie who resides with her husband, Bruce, in Fullerton, CA. Bill taught school in Moody County while Dolly was a homemaker and they all enjoyed gardening and fishing. She was one of nine children of which six have passed on: Olga, Lester, Chester, Mary, Rhoda and August. Her other siblings are Myrna, who lives in Sioux Falls with her husband, Ervin, Howard, a resident of Lynwood, CA, the widow of August, Lavonne, and David who lives with his wife, Sharron, in Chester. As a result she has ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and eleven great-great-grandchildren and every one of us know what a wonderful, special person we were privileged to love. Dolly's family requests donations to the American Heart Association.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, Flandreau, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 pm Friday at Skroch Funeral Chapel.
