Clara June Mulder, age 91, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Riverview Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Flandreau.June was born May 28, 1921 in Sioux Falls, SD to Arthur and Ruth (Henton) Amburn. She grew up in Sioux Falls and graduated from Washington High School. Following high school she first married Charles Craig of Mason City, IA. Charles preceded her in death in 1959. June was a bookkeeper and worked most of her life working at her profession in Sioux Falls and Las Vegas, NV. June married Peter J. Mulder in 1968. The couple farmed north of Flandreau until their retirement when they moved to Elkton, SD where June did bookkeeping for Ramsdell's and worked in food service at the Elkton schools. Peter preceded her in death on May 7, 1998.

June is survived by her daughter, Clarice (Dennis) Dean, Las Vegas, NV, three step-children, James Mulder, Flandreau, Dolores (Mulder) Nikunen, Thornton, CO, and Peter D. Mulder, Greenwood, AR and a brother, Tom Amburn, Flandreau. Also, 5 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 5 step-great grandchildren and 4 great, great step-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husbands, her son, Rollie Craig, her parents, a brother and a sister.

Graveside services will be 11:00 am Monday, July 23, 2012 at St. Mary's Cemetery, Elkton. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 pm Sunday at Skroch Funeral Chapel, Elkton with a 4:00 pm prayer service at the chapel.
