Carla Sue (Steiner) Whisler, 47 of Flandreau, SD died Sunday morning October 1, 2017 at the Avera Flandreau Hospital.

Carla was born on January 7, 1970 to Rodney and Shirley (Hickey) Steiner in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from high school in 1988. Carla is survived by sons, Dallas Whisler and Dakotah Whisler, both of Kansas City, MO, two sisters, Patricia Oliver and Cheri Renfrow and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by parents, Rodney L. and Shirley Steiner, three siblings, Kurt Steiner, Nancy Steiner and Rodney C. Steiner.

Private family service will be held in Kansas City.
