Beverly Ann Solsaa, 92, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Riverview Healthcare Community, Flandreau, SD. Beverly was born November 14, 1923 at Flandreau, SD to Oscar and Janette (Gould) Rosheim. She attended a country school in Moody County and graduated from Egan High School in 1941. Beverly was a phone operator in Flandreau until her marriage to Harold Solsaa on March 6, 1943 in Flandreau. They farmed in Moody County and moved into Flandreau in 1991. Her husband preceded her in death on April 12, 2000. Beverly was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, WELCA, and a former member of Messiah Lutheran Church. She loved baking, crafts, quilting, crossword puzzles and eating at the Corner Cafe.

Beverly is survived by four children, Mary Kay (Tony) Olson, Blaine, MN, Tom (Beulah) Solsaa, Las Vegas, NV, Helen (Roger) Schlenker, Mitchell, SD, Steve Solsaa, Las Vegas, NV, daughter-in-law Cherie (Barry) Ammons, Humboldt, TN, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, one sister Karen (Jim) Lang, sister-in-law Maryll Rosheim, both of Flandreau, and many nephews, nieces, and family. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband Harold, son David, four granddaughters, two infant grandsons, parents, and three brothers, Phillip, Barton, and Paul. Memorials to the Shriners.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church with burial in Union Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 – 7 p.m. Friday at Skroch Funeral Chapel, Flandreau, and 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the church.
