Alma M. Rederth, 79, Flandreau, SD, passed away, Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Riverview Healthcare Community, Flandreau. Alma was born on January 12, 1940 at Hazelwood, PA to George and Nellie (Brothers) Locke. She received her education in Pennsylvania and then worked at various jobs in Pennsylvania. She moved to Flandreau and married Arthur Daniel Rederth on December 21, 1981. He passed away on May 25, 1982. Alma worked at Kneebone Liquor Store, Casey's and then for many years at the Tribal Motel. She worked as a receptionist at the Royal River Hotel for many years before retiring in 2017. Alma was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary. Alma is survived by several nieces and nephews and special friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother and sister-in-law.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Skroch Funeral Chapel, Flandreau, with burial in First Presbyterian Cemetery, Flandreau. Visitation will begin one hour preceding services at the chapel.
